With over 41years in trucking and owning my own business since 1991, I have always owned and continue to own Macks. My first truck was purchased from East Texas Mack- a 1985 R Model with 300HP and a 2 stick 6 speed (Hauled logs for Willamette) and now I own 28 Macks- 26 Pinnacles and 2 Anthems- hauling oilfield fluids in and around the Piney Hills of North Louisiana. Doesn't matter if you're coming out of the woods with a load of logs, leaving a wet oilfield location with a load of produced water, or running down a 4-lane paved highway, it's hard to beat a Mack. Built tough, built to last, built to run 7 days a week. I am not aware of any other vocational truck brand that can deliver day in and day out like Mack. John McGee Trucking was named the Best Small Fleet in the nation in 2022 and our fleet of Macks was a major contribution. Our reputation for reliable service is made possible by our dependable fleet of Mack Trucks- if our trucks aren't rolling, our customers can't wait. Mack builds a great truck and our local dealer, El Dorado Mack, is always available when needed. Last year, in 2025 we were named the SafestTanker Fleet in Louisiana by LMTA, and again the safety features in our Macks were a major reason. I have an excellent relationship with El Dorado Mack, Jeff Tucker (owner), and am a firm believer in Mack Trucks and the commitment that Mack has made to incorporating advanced safety features in their trucks. With my life long allegiance to the Bulldog, coupled with a chance to attend a Nascar race- never been, but it's on my bucket list, I think I would be a great choice to represent Mack customers this October.
