The selected winner will become an Honorary RCR Team Member during the Bank of America 400 race weekend in Charlotte, North Carolina. The winner and one guest will experience the teamwork, preparation and precision that happen before the green flag waves — including time at Richard Childress Racing Headquarters, travel with the RCR Mack Anthem hauler fleet and race day at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

HOW THE CONTEST WORKS

Round 1: Enter

August 3 – Agusut 14, 2026

Eligible Mack customers complete the online entry form, upload a photo standing in front of their Mack truck and answer the contest question:

“Tell us why you should be selected to become an Honorary Richard Childress Racing Team Member for the Weekend.”

Round 2: Finalist Selection

August 17 – August 28, 2026

Eligible submissions will be reviewed by Richard Childress Racing drivers Austin Dillon and Austin Hill. Five finalists will be selected.

Round 3: Public Voting

August 31 – September 15, 2026

The five finalists will be featured across Mack Trucks and Richard Childress Racing social channels. Fans will vote for the finalist they believe should become the Honorary RCR Team Member.

Winner Announcement

Mid-September 2026

The winner will be contacted directly and publicly announced by Mack Trucks and Richard Childress Racing.

This contest is open to eligible Mack customers. Eligible participants may include:

Mack owner-operators
Fleet owners/managers
Purchase decision makers

Participants must:

Be 21 years of age or older
Be legal residents of the United States
Currently own, operate, drive or make purchasing decisions regarding Mack trucks
Complete all required entry materials
Agree to publicity release requirements
Meet all travel requirements
Speak fluent English

MEET THE PROFESSIONAL HAULERS

Every race weekend depends on more than what happens on the track. Behind every RCR race car is a professional hauler team responsible for moving the cars, tools, technology and equipment that make race day possible.

The RCR hauler team operates Mack Anthem race haulers across the NASCAR circuit, helping ensure the team arrives prepared, organized and ready to compete. These professional drivers bring the same qualities Mack customers rely on every day: precision, dependability, pride and the ability to perform when it matters most.

Jeff Craven
Role: RCR Professional Hauler
Years in Racing/Trucking: 35

Bio: A North Carolina native, Craven has been around racing for most of his life. He’s worked for numerous NASCAR teams during his 35-year career in motorsports, including Petty Enterprises, where he served as both a mechanic and pit crew member. He later worked as a truck driver mechanic for Hendrick Motorsports before joining Bill Davis Racing as a mechanic. Craven then brought his expertise to Richard Childress Racing, starting as a mechanic before becoming the hauler driver of the No. 3 team.
Today, Craven plays an important role in RCR’s race operations, overseeing the transportation of race cars and equipment totaling as much as 80,000 pounds. His responsibilities take him across the country, logging more than 65,000 miles during the grueling 36-race NASCAR season. In addition to transporting the team’s assets, he manages the loading and unloading of race cars and equipment at every event, helping ensure the team is prepared to compete each race weekend.

Quote: “Being a hauler driver is a very important job because I bring everything the team needs here at RCR to succeed over the course of the season. I have to make sure everything is there, including food, medicine, parts, pieces and whatever it takes to make a successful race weekend happen. And for me, driving a Mack means knowing I've got a truck I can trust to safely move tons of equipment from one track to the next, so that RCR can stay focused on what they do best and succeed."

Mike Ursey
Role: RCR Professional Hauler
Years in Racing/Trucking: 7

Bio: Ursey has spent 31 years on the road driving trucks professionally and is currently in his second season working for Richard Childress Racing. His years of experience on the road have helped him succeed in his current job of driving the hauler for the No. 33 RCR team. Ursey is responsible for safely transporting race cars and equipment totaling as much as 80,000 pounds to each race on the 36-race NASCAR Cup Series schedule. In addition to transporting the team’s assets, he manages the loading and unloading of race cars and equipment at every event, helping ensure the team is prepared to compete each race weekend.
